How to Edit or Cancel SmartShip

To edit the products in your SmartShip:

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click My SmartShip
  3. Click Change Products

OR

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click Store
  3. Click Manage Prüvit SmartShip

To edit payment information or shipping address:

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click My SmartShip
  3. Click Edit Payment or Shipping

OR

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click Manage
  3. Click Profiles
  4. Click the blue plus symbol to add a new payment or address and save changes

To cancel SmartShip:

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click My SmartShip
  3. Click Cancel SmartShip

 OR

  1. Log in to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com
  2. Click Manage
  3. Click Profiles
  4. In the Manage Recurring Orders section, Click Cancel (once clicked, the button will turn purple and show "Canceled”)
  5. Click Ok to verify
