In order to change the date of your monthly SmartShip (automatic shipment) you must first cancel your current one. After your current SmartShip date passes, you may then reset a new SmartShip on the date you prefer.
In order to cancel your current SmartShip:
- Login to your Cloud account (https://cloud.justpruvit.com)
- Click Manage
- Click Profiles
- In the SmartShip Manage area, Click Cancel (once clicked, the button will turn purple and show "Canceled”)
- Click Ok to verify
