How Do I Change My SmartShip (auto-ship) Date?

In order to change the date of your monthly SmartShip (automatic shipment) you must first cancel your current one. After your current SmartShip date passes, you may then reset a new SmartShip on the date you prefer. 

In order to cancel your current SmartShip:

  1. Login to your Cloud account (
  2. Click Manage
  3. Click Profiles
  4. In the SmartShip Manage area, Click Cancel (once clicked, the button will turn purple and show "Canceled”)
  5. Click Ok to verify
