Chargebacks are a forced transaction reversal initiated by the cardholder’s bank. They are issued by the account holder, when rather than contacting the business for a refund, the cardholder is asking the bank to forcibly remove money from the business account.
Chargebacks put the entire Prüvit community at risk as they jeopardize our merchant provider, and are therefore deemed fraudulent activity by Prüvit. If a Prüvit account holder issues a chargeback– for any reason– their account is immediately closed and purged. Commissions are clawed back from the sponsor and the account holder who issued the chargeback is prohibited from creating a new account.
