Can't find your package? This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is to check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as your neighbors. Carriers can sometimes mark packages "Delivered" before they are dropped off. Please contact the carrier if it has been more than 2 hours since you received the delivery notification.
If the tracking information shows “Delivered” on your recent order, it may also be the result of a “recycled” tracking number. Due to high volume, various shipping carriers recycle tracking numbers from time to time. This can result in your tracking information showing “Delivered” when it has not. In these situations, before contacting Prüvit Support, please reference the date and address on the tracking information (dates often show 18+ months old). If they do not match your correct information, please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update when your order ships.
