Forgot Username

Follow these steps to retrieve your username:

1. Go to https://www.pruvit.com/
2. Click "Login without a password"
3. Enter the mobile phone number associated with your account
4. The automatic text message will provide a one time code to access your online account
5. Click on your photo in the upper right of the page
6. Click on "Account"
7. Here you can view your username and change your password
