Facebook Page Guidelines

  1. Please submit your personal and business Facebook page(s) to compliance@Prüvithq.com for review and approval. You must also submit any new or revised content that relates to Prüvit’s products, services or the opportunity to compliance@pruvithq.com for review and approval prior to posting. Unapproved content must not be posted. When in doubt, submit to compliance!

  2. You cannot use Prüvit, Keto//OS®, Pure Therapeutic Ketones® or any other proprietary trade names, trademarks or service marks owned by Prüvit in your Facebook page name associated with your personal and/or business page.

  3. If you use your personal page or your business page to promote and build your Prüvit business, please identify yourself in your “INTRO” section as an ‘Independent Prüvit Promoter’ or identify yourself on your cover photo, as well. We encourage you to follow the format of our official cover images which may be downloaded from your back office.

  4. If you choose to advertise your Prüvit business on your personal and/or business page, please respect others and keep your page positive, and professional, and free of profanity and vulgarity. You will have customers and other Prüvers as “friends” and you must represent yourself and Prüvit in a professional and positive manner.

  5. You are allowed to have one Prüvit business Facebook page per Prüver.

  6. You may post a link to your Prüvit-replicated website on your personal or business page in the “INTRO” section, or in advertising you do on your personal or business page.

  7. You may post your own before/after results pictures, as well as, those of others who have given you permission* to share on your personal and/or business page. Testimonials must be truthful and accurate, and supported with a detailed account of how the results were achieved. Testimonials and before/after pictures that make misleading weight loss claims, or any medical or income claims will not be approved and must not be posted to Facebook or anywhere. You must disclose that you are an Independent Prüvit Promoter, along with the following disclaimer: The results depicted in the photo (or described in the testimonial) are unique to the individual, and achieved only through dedication to a specific diet and exercise regimen in conjunction with Prüvit’s dietary supplements. Results are not typical. This disclaimer must be conspicuous, clear, and obvious to the viewer. Prüvit suggests you use large font that is bold or italicized.

  8. You may post pictures of Prüvit products on your personal and/or business page. If you choose to make a “flyer” (product picture that includes ANY words on it), you must submit it to Compliance for approval. Any materials or posts that contain unsubstantiated, misleading, or false income or medical claims will not be approved.

  9. You may post information about upcoming Prüvit events, mixers, trainings, and conference calls on your personal and/or business page.

  10. Facebook Live: In the event that you utilize Facebook Live to promote your independent business, you must include a disclaimer that you are an Independent Promoter and that the statements made within the live posting have not been reviewed by Prüvit and Prüvit does not endorse those statements. The following is an example: The statements and opinions expressed herein are my own and have not been approved by or adopted by Prüvit. You should consult your medical professional before starting any diet, exercise, or dietary supplement plan.

  11. Under no circumstances will any health, medical, or income claims be allowed.

  12. If someone in your upline calls or messages you about something questionable on your page, you should remove the post immediately. The Prüvit community is here to look out for the best interest of YOU, the Prüvit Promoter, and Protect the House. Ask Compliance for guidance, when needed.

  13. You may not advertise products of other companies on your Facebook business page where you advertise or promote Prüvit products or services.

  14. You are not allowed to share or post any videos or podcasts created by any Prüvit specialists or doctors which have not been posted by Prüvit on the official website, Facebook page or any of Prüvit’s other social media outlets. Additionally, you may not post any unauthorized videos or podcasts recorded during any Prüvit event. However, you can share or post any videos or podcasts of Prüvit specialists or doctors which come directly from Prüvit’s official website, Facebook page, or any other social media or communication channels or any information which links back to Prüvit’s official Facebook page or website.

  15. You cannot post or offer any incentives for people to order from your personal or business page. This includes, promotional coupons, product giveaways, sweepstakes or contests. You are only permitted to share or post official promotional flyers that have been created and offered by Prüvit.

  16. You are allowed to pay for any advertising ‘Likes’ in order to promote your Prüvit business.

  17. You are allowed to advertise the purchase of 5 Day Sample Packs which links to your personal Paypal account or any other secure source of processing payment.

  18. You are allowed to share any posts which come directly from Prüvit’s Facebook page or other social media outlets or Prüvit’s official website.

  19. When posting or sharing your testimonials on social media, the FTC requires a disclaimer stating that the income claim made in your testimonial is based on your own personal experience and is the result of your own hard work and dedication to selling the products, and may not be what the typical Promoter can reasonably achieve. You must provide a copy of Prüvit’s Income Disclosure Statement with any income claims, and all testimonials must be approved by compliance.

  20. Prüvers must post the following disclaimer on their Facebook Page: “I am an Independent Prüvit Promoter with Prüvit Ventures, Inc. The opinions and postings on this page are my independent thoughts and opinions and have not been approved or endorsed by Prüvit Ventures.”

  21. You are prohibited from posting a copy, or screenshot of any communication, email, notice or correspondence received from or generated by Prüvit HQ, the Support Team, Compliance Team or any employees of Prüvit, to your Facebook personal or business page or any Facebook closed or private groups, as any direct contact is deemed privileged and confidential information.

  22. Prüvers who violate any of these guidelines are subject to disciplinary sanctions, suspension, or termination as determined in the sole discretion of Prüvit Ventures, Inc.

  23. A Pruvit Promoter may not offer or advertise any non-Pruvit opportunity, product or service via Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform even if the offer or advertisement is separate and distinct from their personal social media page or their Pruvit social media page.

Closed / Private Facebook Groups

  1. All Closed or Private Facebook Group pages may only consist of one hundred (100) members or less. Groups with more than 100 members can seek permission from Compliance to maintain their size.

  2. Private Facebook Groups should consist of Prüvers in your lineage only. Inviting cross lineage Prüvers to join your Closed or Private Facebook Group page is prohibited and must be avoided.

  3. All members must officially be added by the Administrator(s) of the Facebook page to participate in the Closed or Private Group.

  4. The Administrator(s) must add a Compliance Officer from Prüvit corporate to any Closed or Private Facebook Group and that Compliance Officer shall have the ability to monitor all comments and/or information posted on the Facebook Page.

  5. All Administrators, Members and content contained in the Closed or Private Facebook Groups must follow all guidelines and abide by the Prüvit Policies and Procedures, along with any amendments which may be amended from time to time.

  6. Persons associated with the group (Administrators/Members) are not allowed to promote and/or advertise any products of other companies on the Facebook page of the Closed or Private Group.

  7. Persons associated with the group may not engage in cross-line recruiting, unhealthy competition, or any other unethical business practices.

  8. The Facebook Closed or Private Group page cannot contain any health medical or income claims.

  9. Prüvit reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a Closed or Private Facebook Group is in violation of any Prüvit Policies & Procedures, and/or guidelines in place.
