FAQs - Rewards
If I’m still in my Go MVP period on September 19th, what will happen?
You will be converted into the new Go MVP cycles, starting in cycle 1.
If my Go MVP period expired prior to September 19th or October 5th, will I be running for Multiplier or Go MVP 2/3?
Will Customers of Customers (and so on) count towards my NPQV?
Yes, NPQV is based on the Sponsorship Tree with compression so all customers count for the first promoter above them.
Does the Go MVP Bonus still pay out Prüvit Bucks?
For a first-time SmartShip to be counted towards NPQV, does it have to be setup when a Customer joins?
No, it is based on SmartShips that process for the first time on a given account. The setup time is unrelated.
Will I be able to track the VIP Bonus and Rank Advancement bonus in the Cloud?
Yes, the VIP Bonus will payout for September and become visible in the Cloud the week starting September 26th. The Rank Advancement bonus and other Reward Program reporting updates will roll out throughout October.
How can I qualify for the Mega Power-up related to Go All-star?
The Mega Power-up qualifier calculates based on 1000 QV in personal purchase volume prior to the Go Challenge starting. If I have a personal Promoter who hits multiple Go MVP Cycles during my Go Challenge will they count more than once towards my Go All-star?
No, a single Promoter can only count as 1 towards your Go All-star qualifier.
