Shipment processing time
Supplement orders are typically fulfilled within 1-4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Please check the product shipping notes for up to date information on each product, which takes into account special circumstances such as holidays and/or unexpected delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Cloud office popup, phone (via text message), or app notification.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
You can select your shipping method based on the estimated shipping time. There is no option to select a specific carrier. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and items in your shopping cart. If a shipping option is greyed out, this indicates that your order does not meet the requirements for that particular shipping option.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
A note about Economy Shipping
When the Economy option is selected UPS could be the initial carrier for the package, however, they may not provide delivery. Many times these shipments will be handed off to USPS for Surepost delivery and the tracking number will change. You can view the tracking history using the originally assigned UPS tracking number. If the shipment is handed over to USPS for delivery, you will find this notated with the new USPS tracking number at the top of your UPS tracking details.
Prüvit ships to P.O. box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prüvit is not responsible for any additional duties or tax that may be applied by your local Customs officials to your order after it ships. Some countries assess these additional fees prior to final delivery. The payment of those additional fees is the responsibility of the Customer.
Prüvit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
