Additional Bonus Terms

• New 3 for Free qualifiers cannot have earned 3FF in the past and must have a minimum 150 3FF point earnings in whichever month they qualified (January, February or March)
• New VIP Customers must have a minimum 100 QV each, non-compressed
• New Promoters must have 500 QV minimum the month they sign up.
• New Promoters only count once towards ONE of the Promoter based qualifiers

Bonus Payout:

Bonuses will pay on 15th of each month for previous month in most cases.
All "PLUS Additional Prizes" will be awarded after Mastermind.

All-expense paid trip for Mastermind (up to $4000) must attend Mastermind and submit receipts to Support@PruvitHQ.com within one week of the trip to receive payout.  Payout will not exceed receipts submitted.
