Reset Password

If you need to reset your password and can still login to your account you will want to follow these steps. 

If you forgot your password you will want to click on Forgot My Password

1. Go to https://www.pruvit.com/
2. Login to your Shopify account
3. Click on your initials at the top right
4. Click Profile
5. Click Password
6. Enter New Password 
7. Confirm New Password
8. Click Save

Forgot My Password

1. Go to https://www.pruvit.com/
2. Click on the person icon top right (between the searching glass and the shopping cart)
3. Click Sign In to existing account
4. You have 2 options to select from: 
   1. Enter Email or Username

      • If an account is associated with that username, a code will be sent. Please enter the one-time code sent to the email associated with the username

   2. Enter Mobile Number

      • Please enter the one-time code sent to +15555555555

Forgot Username

1. Go to https://www.pruvit.com/
2. Click on the person icon top right (between the searching glass and the shopping cart)
3. Click Sign In to existing account
4. Enter email associated with the account

   • If an account is associated with that username, a code will be sent. Please enter the one-time code sent to the email associated with the username
