How do I assign a ticket to someone else?

This is GREAT, we are so excited you've committed to experiencing a Prüvit event! There are still a few steps to secure your spot... the first is to ASSIGN your ticket.  Once a ticket has been assigned, it cannot be undone.

 

STEPS TO ASSIGN AN EVENT TICKET

  1. Log into your cloud office & click on the "Manage" drop-down tab in the top right corner.

  2. Click on “Events” at the bottom and "Manage" next to the ticket you'd like to assign.

  3. Click to “Assign” and select whether to assign the ticket to yourself or a team member, and fill in applicable information. 

    • If you bought the ticket for yourself, PERFECT, you will assign it to "me".

    • If you bought the ticket for a team member or friend, you will need to assign the ticket to "existing user" and input THEIR NAME.

  4. Once the ticket has been assigned, it can now be REGISTERED for the event.
