In simple terms, a “chargeback” is the reversal of a transaction that comes directly from the bank. Rather than contact the direct business for a refund, the account holder is asking the bank to forcibly take money from the business’s account.
Chargebacks put the entire Prüvit community at risk, as they are deemed fraudulent activity by Prüvit - which jeopardizes our merchant provider. If a Prüvit account holder issues a chargeback *for any reason* their account is immediately closed and purged. Commissions are removed from the sponsor and the account holder who issued the chargeback is prohibited from creating a new account.
If you encounter any erroneous charge or refund issue, please open a Support ticket here to initiate an investigation and resolution.
