No tracking information shows in my Order History

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to begin processing shipment. Tracking information will become available when your order ships.

If your order is delayed, you will see “IN PROGRESS” until the order can be fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number.

If your order is split for faster shipment, you will see “PARTIALLY FULFILLED”. You will receive a tracking number for that part of the order that was shipped. Once the remaining portion of the order is shipped the order status will be moved to “FULFILLED” and you will receive another tracking number.

Please note, if you purchase product with non-product items (eg: Promoter Membership, Pruvit Pulse Pro) the shipment will move to “PARTIALLY FULFILLED” no tracking info will be sent for these items. Once the product is shipped you will receive tracking info and if all product is shipped the order status will change to “FULFILLED”.

If 4 business days have passed since you placed your order and your tracking information has not updated, please open a Support ticket here. Please include the following required information in your Support ticket:

  1. Order Number
  2. Date of Purchase
  3. UserName
