Where is my order?

1. Login to your Shopify account https://mypruvit.shop/

2. Click on the Person Icon (Right side next to shopping cart)

3. Click on Orders

4. Find Order, Click on that status

5. Click on the tracking number

Note: If you would like to receive real time delivery updates once the order has shipped, you can scan the QR code when you click Track order with Shop. This will prompt you to download the app "SHOP" 

As we navigate global shipping delays, please be prepared that some shipping may be delayed. To keep your shopping experience worry-free, here are a few things we're doing to keep you informed:

  • For up-to-day shipping times for all products, visit https://shopketo.com/shipping/ and select the appropriate country.
  • We are splitting some delayed orders for faster shipment, so your order may arrive in separate packages.
  • If your order is delayed, you will see “IN PROGRESS” until the order can be fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number.
  • If your order is split for faster shipment, you will see “PARTIALLY FULFILLED”. You will receive a tracking number for that part of the order that was shipped. Once the remaining portion of the order is shipped the order status will be moved to “FULFILLED” and you will receive another tracking number.
  • Please note, if you purchase product with non-product items (eg: Promoter Membership, Pruvit Pulse Pro) the shipment will move to “PARTIALLY FULFILLED” no tracking info will be sent for these items. Once the product is shipped you will receive tracking info and if all product is shipped the order status will change to “FULFILLED”.

Prüvit HQ and the Support Team are working diligently to also update individual users on their orders. Please confirm your notifications from Prüvit are on and your email and/or phone carrier are not flagging Prüvit messages as spam, so we can BETTER communicate shipping updates.
