March 18 Update:
SmartShips are actively processing and are nearly fully caught up for March. Orders are now running daily and will continue to process on their intended scheduled dates moving forward.
To help create a clearer and more reliable experience, a few updates have been made to the SmartShip system:
Processing Notifications
Customers will receive communication approximately 48 hours before their SmartShip processes, including their expected processing date.
SmartShip Visibility Updates
The “next processing date” is no longer displayed in your account to avoid confusion during system updates. Please rely on email notifications for accurate timing.
Editing Your SmartShip
You can currently:
* Change products/flavors
* Skip your next order
* Cancel your SmartShip
(If you experience issues, please contact support.)
Skip Feature Update
The system now supports a “Skip Next Order” function. The previous “Pause” option has been removed to simplify functionality.
‼️If you previously selected “Pause,” your SmartShip is now scheduled to process the following month. If you do not want it to process, you will need to either skip, edit, or cancel your SmartShip.‼️
April SmartShips
April SmartShips will process on their scheduled dates.
The ability to manually change your processing date is still being developed. If you need to adjust your date, please submit a support ticket.
SmartShips Using Points
If you do not currently see a SmartShip but have points, this is expected. These SmartShips will be reintroduced and processed toward the end of the month once points are fully ready.
When your points-based SmartShip is ready:
* You will receive a 48-hour notice to review and make any final edits
* The points usage limit has been increased to 500 points for March, April, and May to give you more flexibility
