This sometimes happens to help protect your account and ensure everything is secure. When this happens the order status has changed to 'Payment Review'. Please contact our Fraud Department by contacting customer support at support@pruvithq.com or by calling the number provided below to verify the order. You will leave a voicemail with your name, order number, phone number that is registered to your account, and any other details that you think will help verify the order. You may also receive a phone call or email from our fraud prevention team. Please be sure to respond to any calls/emails within 3 business days.
Please note that the estimated shipping duration will not commence until the order and/or payment has been verified.
For your protection, if an order placed under review is not verified within 3 business days it will be refunded and classified as fraudulent.
