🧑💻 Rewards' Dashboard
Prüvit Tech Ninjas are happy to report the temporary technical glitch affecting Rewards’ Dashboards in the Cloud has been FIXED! Customer counts will now appear accurate.

🚀 New Personal Team Volume
The term 'NV' has been replaced with 'NPTV' throughout the Cloud Office for consistency. NPTV stands for 'New Personal Team Volume' and the following definition is from the Prüformance Rewards Program:
NPTV is the BV from orders (excludes SmartShip) placed during the first 30 days of new personally enrolled Customers and Promoters. The 30 days starts with their first order, setting up their first SmartShip, by customers placing their first order in the last 12+ months or by promoters placing their first order after their promoter membership has been expired for 12+ months without orders. When a customer upgrades to a Promoter, this triggers a new 30-day period where such orders will be included in NPTV. Only orders that contain BV will trigger the 30-day NPTV period.
*Please note, new customers who join with a 3 Day Trial (via the new Pulse Pro app) will not trigger the 30-day 'NPTV' (New Personal Team Volume) period because they do not carry BV.
Only first-time orders that carry BV will trigger the NPTV 30-day period.

A 'Country' column has been added to all Insight Reports to help you filter team reports for added efficiency as your community expands globally.

🏆 Public Display Information now includes your Preferred Recognition Name
You now have access to edit your Public Display Information to include your Preferred Recognition Name! This name will appear on company-wide leaderboards and recognition gifts (like those earned at EPIK Awards). Follow these steps:
- Log in to cloud.justpruvit.com
- Click your profile name in the top right corner
- Click “Settings”
- Click “Edit” for “PUBLIC DISPLAY INFORMATION”
- Enter your Preferred Recognition Name
- Click “Save Changes”
Note: Please enter a real name (not company name) so your team and community can easily recognize you!
