Exchanges can only be made for unopened salable products. Please contact Prüvit Support within 30 days of delivery for exchange instructions and authorization. You may open a Support ticket here. Please include the following information in your Support ticket:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- UserName
- Item you wish to exchange
- What product you wish to exchange for
