If an item in your order was damaged by the carrier, please open a Support ticket here. Please include the following information in your Support ticket:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
If within 30 days of the expected reported delivery date, you do not notify Prüvit Support of a problem with the receipt of your order, including but not limited to: failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damage to the container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, refunds or exchanges will not be given.
