Using The Placement Lounge

Step 1

Once you have access to the Placement Lounge, you can find it in your Promoter Cloud, under the Manage dropdown menu at the top.

Click Placement Lounge. 

Step 2

Now you are presented with a list of personally referred members who are available to place.

The Team and Group Volume columns indicate how much volume Promoters have in the Current monthly period.

You can narrow down the list by playing with the Filter and Sort options. For example, filter it to only display Promoters or a specific range of Group Volume.

Step 3

After finding who you want to Place, click the ‘Place’ button next to their name.

Step 4

Now you will see a list of your Community, to choose who you want to place your selected Member under.

Step 5

You can see the same Volume details for the list of Members to Place under, so you can work out what effect the Placement will have.

After you find the right person, click Select.

Step 6

After clicking ‘Select’, it will scroll you down to the bottom of the page, to review your selection.

Check it carefully! all Placements are FINAL, no changes will be made. Zero exceptions.

Once you have reviewed it, click the ‘Confirm. button.

Step 8

Congratulations, you have made a successful Placement! You can click on the ‘History’ tab to view past Placements.

Please note, Member will be placed immediately however statistics may take up to 4 hours to process.
